Payments & Cancellations:Payments must be confirmed at least 3 days before publication. If you need to cancel, please email us within 48 hours of booking. A 15% fee will be deducted, and your refund will be processed within 15-20 business days. If a cancellation request is made after an ad has been scheduled, it cannot be guaranteed.

Our Right to Refuse:To maintain a safe and compliant platform, we reserve the right to refuse or remove any content or cancel a user account at our discretion.

Legal & Liability:All services are provided "as-is." We are not liable for third-party claims or publication errors. Any legal disputes will be under the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, with payment issues handled by courts in Vasai, Palghar.
